How Do You Fix a Sagging Butt Due to Liposuction?

Five months, ago I had minor Liposuction to the lateral thigh area. The left side of my butt is fine. However, the right side of my butt now droops and has a bulge underneath. Can this be repaired and what are the various options? Thank you in advance for your help.

How to fix a sagging buttock

Fat grafting with Silhouette Threadlifting or buttock implants are 2 options. If you are injecting fat into the buttocks then you also need threadlifting to hold it in place since you don't want it to just slid down and sag the buttocks more. Cost is about $5000-6000 and is done under local aneshesia only. Good Luck!
