How Can I Fix my Bite? Braces, Jaw Surgery? Should I Get a Chin Implant? (photo)

I'm 18, and I just dropped my traditional orthodontist,and I'm looking for a way I can fix my bite without retracting my upper teeth back.My teeth are completely straight except for I have an overbite,a crossbite, and 3 gaps from extractions.I have a very weak chin,a huge nose,and creases around my mouth and nose.Would I need to get jaw surgery to make my face look better? Also, will I need to get teeth implants or can I just leave the gaps there?
