How Can I Fix This Asymmetry in my Jaw, Midface and Eyes?

I was given a palate expander and one side expanded much wider than the other side. How can this be fixed as I am now an adult. Cost is not an issue, nor is downtime for recovery. I would prefer distraction osteogenesis or orthognathic surgery if this is possible??? My pictures are from a CT scan which show my skull alone (top left diagrams) and what implants would look like. I would prefer to slim down the jaw by swiveling it so implants are not preferred. Any other options for jaw/midface/eye?
