After I did a TCA Chemical Peel on my hands, I got impatient and pulled off peeling skin. Now, I have fissures and scabs. What can I use to hasten healing?

Picking is never a good idea
Now that the damage is done, however, it is crutial to keep the wound moist and soft. Scabbing will prolong healing, increase discoloration and risk permanent scarring. Vaseline or Aquaphor are possible good starts, but please go see a dermatologist experienced in chemical peels ASAP. Good luck.
