How soon after a fat transfer to tear troughs can I be seen in public, without anybody asking "Oh my god, what happened to your face?!" :) When is it very safe to say that the swelling will have gone down to that point? What's the longest it can last? Any bruising can be covered with makeup, but there's no way to hide bad puffiness.
