I've Just Finished a Second 3 Month Course of Oratane for Acne?

First course was taken last year, apparently it's alright to start gentle manual microdermabrasion/exfoliation straight after finishing a course of this drug, but is it safe to do so if you have broken capillaries/rosacea, especially surrounding the creases of the nose?
