Just finished Invisalign Express treatment (20 aligners total) and am not satisfied. Will I need to begin a whole new treatment? After aligner #20, the dentist adjusted my bite and I wore my retainers full time for 4 months. My retainers were never fully seated. I now wear my retainer only at bedtime and feel my teeth shift during the day. I have spaces between teeth that did not fully close after IPR. My dentist gave me two options: adjust my bite again or restart a full case. Opinions/advice on the best course of action would be helpful. My dentist recommended the Express, however she has not offered to remedy this situation.
