Thank you for your question. Many patients choose to look into financing companies for help with the cost of cosmetic procedures that insurance does not cover. Just make sure that the cost of surgery will not "stress" you and/or your family. Best wishes.

You are correct: insurance companies rarely if ever cover body contouring procedures after weight loss. There are several financing options out there to make to costs associated with cosmetic surgery manageable. Options include Care Credit and Chase Financial. Cost of surgery

Yes, most if not all of the post-weight loss surgery is cosmetic and insurance companies do not cover it. Depending upon yoru credit score, some creidt companies may loan you the money. They include Chase Advantage ande Care Credit to name a few.
