What is Best Way to Find a Surgeon in Dallas with Ultrapulse to Remove an Xanthaplasma?

I had an xanthaplasma lesion popup on my eyelid about 18 months ago. Had it excised by a plastic surgeon, but it has come back slightly larger. I found a few studies that say the use of an Ultrapulse CO2 laser is effective and has a lower recurrence rate. I have a little bit of concern about loss of skin color because if I laser it and I lose skin color there, I assume there is no recovery.
