You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. You have a convexity of the dorsum and need tip refinement. The tip is a little bulbous as well. You would also benefit from a chin implant. The wings of the chin implant will smooth out the mandibular appearance.

In my opinion, it’s not ideal to combine a full Mommy Makeover (tummy tuck, breast lift/augmentation, and 360 liposuction) with a BBL—even a “skinny” one—in the same operation. Here’s why:

Epinephrine is commonly used in the liposuction solution. The purpose is to constrict blood vessels to control bleeding during surgery. It does have an impact on heart rate though.
