Fillers or Skin Tightening for Marionette Lines?

Hi, (Reposting my question with photo this time.) I am 46 with almost no lines or wrinkles, even skin tone, so I am lucky. However, I have incredibly ugly marionette lines (both parents had them, too). I have some NLF, too, but I don't think that's a problem. It's hard to call them lines because they are so deep, resembling jowls. When I look at before-and-after pics for injectables used on marionette lines, mine are worse! Injectables? Skin tightening? Zeltiq freezing on face? Help!
