I suffer from moderate HIV related facial wasting. Which of the fillers or other procedures would you recommend for this condition?

Sculptra
Although I do not inject Sculptra personally, there have been a number of articles in both the dermatology and plastic surgery literature attesting to its efficacy in treating the lipoatrophy of HIV disease.
It has been FDA approved for this indication for a number of years.
