Is it Safe to Have an Injectable Filler with Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I have had a skin test for beautical filler which did not show any allergic reaction. I have rheumatoid arthritis. Is it safe to have beautical injected? Does the skin test mean that i will not have a reaction or that i will not develop granulomas? I have tried several fat injections and they are not holding and i need to find an alternative.
