I'm 11 days post-op , I didn't have any breathing problems before my rhinoplasty.Yesterday,when my cast is removed I started to feel and touched something very hard inside my left nostril and it's attached to columella's bone but at the same time it moves a little , I think it's a bone ..i'm so nervous that i will have to get another surgery to remove it.I can't meet my surgeon before monday,so can anyone help me and give me reasons for this hard thing stuck in my nostrils ? thank you for your question. Unfortunately it is difficult to give you and specific comments without photos. 1 week is a very short time to make any decisions regarding your rhinoplasty. In general, however, a columella does not 'drop'.
