My left breast has always been higher bigger, and it was the only one that bothered me after post op. Wondering if it's normal looking. My ps says it's normal, but I would really like a second opinion. I will attached some pictures, I appreciate your information

In my opinnion, you are starting with a good B cup. In general, 150-200cc is a cup size, so adding nearly 400cc will certainly overshoot being a full C! Maybe look at a lower profile implant. That would reduce the volume and not overwhelm you. Good luck!
