Fat Transfer for 3rd Degree Burn Leathery Skin on Face?

I am 24yr, My upper right side face was burn by acid while working in college lab. Major affected area was temple and near eyebrow side. With time i got new skin but it was very leathery, In last two yrs gone through 2stage of fat graft (each time 15-20cc). I always get good results for short time (2-3 months), Then again skin becomes loose. I have recieved some result like skin quality and stiffness little better Does fat really improve skin quality, regenerate and thicken the skin? thanks

Fat grafting may be less viable in scar tissue.  You may benefit from serial excision or tissue expander scar revision to improve the scar.
