Apatton: The best indication I can give you is form the 2008 national plastic surgery statistics from the ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgeons). They report 46,000 total fat graft procedures for the US in 2008. They do not break down how many were for the face or other parts of the body (probably many). The figure declined by 29% since 2000.
