Can the types of fat that came from either a muscular or fattier body through Brazilian butt lift be used for Fat transfer?

As long as you can obtain enough fat it generally doesn't matter where it comes from as long as you maintain a stable weight. Certain types of fat may be more sensitive to weight gain or loss and subsequent changes in weight can effect the transferred fat in the same way it would have effected the donor site.
