Hi, just wanted to ask how much fat can be safely removed with vaser lipo selection under local. Would it be necessary to have the treatment done under general in a theatre for larger amounts ? I have looked on the internet but can not find this info. Thank you

The usual rule is no more than 2 liters of fat, about half a gallon, 4.4 lbs., provided there is not a large amount of blood loss. Thank you for your questions and good luck.

Fat removal with vaser
Most people will limite fat removal with any form of liposuction to about 5 liters. It doesn't really matter which technique is used.

In Florida in office surgery the limitations are 4 liters of supernatant fat. Restrictions vary to state and country. Best of luck.
