Fat Necrosis After Tummy Tuck

Skinny on fat necrosis

Sometimes the fat in areas of an operation just can not tolerate the surgical stress.  Fat in general has poor circulation and thus the ability to stand surgical stress is limited.  These areas are often firm early on but soften over time.  The best option now is to observe these areas to make sure they resolve as your PS has recommended. Fat necrosis after tummy tuck
