If Fat Loss Was Going to Happen As a Result of Thermage-would It Happen Soon After or Later?

I had Thermage very recently (good results initally) and I am now scared that I may be develpoing fat loss/fat atrophy. And I wanted to know that if this was going to occur- would this be someting that would be seen right away- or would it develop more slowly over time. Additioanlly, I had Pearl laser resurfacing 2 months before the Thermage- but was told that one wouldn't interfer with the other. Am I thinking I may have damaged my skin/fat and want to know when negative results would show up.
