I went in for several consult and during one of my consult the dr said that he wouldnt use all the fat at once in my buttocks. if i want to enhance it at a later date he could save the remaing fat for a yr.

Saving Fat for A Year
This may be reasonable. I am not aware of how much fat survives in this situation, and the surgeon should be able to answer that.
