I have gotten lipo+excision on my gynecomastia, I feel too much fat has been removed. Also since im a Med School student I was wondering is fat grafting really necessary cant I just eat like a pig and try to grow fat because don't cells have the ability to divide and grow as per requirement? Also back to my real question will I be able to work out and sculpt my chest contour to make it look natural without dimpling which may be caused by excessive lipo.?

Photos would be helpful

Sorry but eating is not the answer. If you have irregularities that are of great concern then you may need a monor procedure. You can build up the pectoralis to improve the overall look. see video

Results after gynecomastia surgery

It's really hard to tell without seeing a photo. The goal of gynecomastia surgery is to finish with a smooth nicely shaped contoured chest. The surgeon can onbly do so much and I don't really believe in "etching" form liposuction. I think it ends up resulting in some un-natural appearances, especially as time goes on. Gynecomastia surgery

I am not sure what your issues are? Were you over -resected and left with inverted areas underneath the areola? If this is the case sometimes fat grafting can be done to improve the contour. The ocntour you can achiueve really depedns upon your overall body habitus and how you looked both before and after sugery. Hard to say without photos or at least an exam.

Revisionary Gynecomastia Surgery

This problem is difficult to correct. I do not recommend "pigging out" as this will not improve the situation and may actually make it worse. I recommend that you see an experience plastic surgeon for an in person consultation and discussion regarding your options for improving your situation.
