Cosmetic surgery is not an entitlement

Nobody "owes" you the right to have cosmetic surgery as though you were entitled to have it just because you want it.  If you feel the need to have something done, you need to save up and get it done right.  Nobody running a reputable plastic surgery practice owes you a discount regardless of how many ignorant people go off and have inappropriate treatments performed.

First of all PMMA if it is truly PMMA is VERY expensive. Most underground treatments a industrial grade silicone not true PMMA. In Mexico PMMA injections costs are approx. $8,000.
