The Fastest Treatment for a Crossbite would be AOO

Accelerated osteogenic orthodontics (AOO or Wilckodontics) is an orthodontic technique where you first have a special periodontal surgery with some bone grafts that is designed to accelerate bone turnover and 2 weeks later you start moving teeth with braces. Typically teeth move much much faster than normal, and it is especially helpful for crossbites in adults. Everyone's teeth are different so you should see you orthodontist first.
