Fastest Way of Getting Back to Shape After Tummy Tuck
I am 2 months post from a TT (muscle repair). I have read that I can get back to exercising - just limited and no crunches yet (last time I tried, I had to roll over in order to get up). I'm due to see my PS in another 4 weeks, but what sort of exercise would be most benefical to me besides walking? I enjoy areobics and interval training, but since it's been a while since I've been exercising, I'm out of breath alot quickier. I know with time I will build back up. What is the next best thing?
