I have blotches on my face three months post op that resemble faint bruising, two of which, along my temple and jawline, are ochre and one on my cheek that is bluish. My surgeon says he does not know for certain what they are, but could be vasodilation. My dermatologist says they are broken capillaries, which clearly some of them are and my surgeon has acknowledged as such. I would appreciate insights into what this is and whether it's permanent. If not the latter, what is the solution?
