Cost Effective Tattoo Removal? (photo)

I am getting quoted ridiculous amounts per treatment for 1 session for laser removal. The tattoo is already faded and hopefully would not take more than 3-5 sessions to get it light enough for the cover up. I do not not want to finance your children's college education, so I am looking for cheaper alternatives that actually work. If you are going to say,"The laser is the only way to go..." Don't bother replying. I am looking for solutions, not trying to get sold on something else.
