A PS told me "young people have perfect features come back in 10 years" I'm 23 and found this strange since I wasn't asking about anti-aging surgery but to be more handsome. I have a feeling I may have came across as having BD, but I work as a model and am a psychologist(receive constant personal therapy) I don't think I'm ugly at all I'd just like to look more attractive for myself/work, is there a way to ask a surgeon this without setting off alarm bells about BD?
