What Facial Qualities Will Change After Underbite Surgery?

I want to know what on my face will change after i undergo underbite surgery, such as will my nose slightly narrow, will my lower lip get smaller, will my jaw line be more defined, will my chin be smaller.

Surgery for underbite?

What exactly do you  mean?  Do you  mean that your jaw is underprojecting and being advanced as in a sagital split?
