Does Facial PRP Help Remove Acne Scars from my Face and Does It Help New Skin to Grow on my Face?

I have done few fraxel sessions along with Co2 and been told by my doctor that if i did facial prp at the same time but at the end of my fraxel session it would actually help a lot and i would get the best results when it comes to the scars on my face.
