Can Facial Excersices Give a Less Fat Cheeks or Chubby Cheeks?

If yes, than what exercise would you doctors recommend to do? Or any other methods to reduce the fats on cheeks. The name of the exercise or a video demonstration on how to do it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

What there are lots of gimmicks that do not really lead to a real difference, good old fashioned exercise and weight reduction will likely be your best help in trimming your facial appearance.  If you have loss of volume or elasticity, then you may require a filler or a surgical procedure to contour the shape of your face.

Facial exercises no, not really.

One does occasionally see late night cable commercials offering a system of facial exercises to stave off the effects of facial aging.  Please understand that this is basically a fraud.  There is no evidence that exercising the facial muscles does this.  No photos so I am going to guess that you think you have chubby cheeks but no one else thinks you have chubby cheeks.  If you spend hours a day obsessing over these thoughts or find yourself avoiding social situations because you believe that everyone is making fun of you, you may be suffering from BDD.  If you just occasionally have these thoughts, sometimes it is a matter of degrees.  If all of your friends think your concerns are wrong, perhaps you should listen.  Regarding facial exercises there are not any that accomplish what you are asking.
