My Typically Clear Face Is Breaking Out In A Rash- Itching, Sensitive. What Can I Fo?

Good day, My face started having like rash and became dry itching sensitive when exposed to heat. Even I used Vaseline it just last only minutes. Original I have a clean beautiful non greasy skin. I am worried that I might start having those black uncontrollable blemishes. I am starting to notice cheek roses (red blushes). Kindly advice. Regards TP
