Facelift too pulled looking.
Your face may loosen, but it is normal not to have a pulled look at 4 weeks. You should return to your surgeon and if you are dissatisfied still get another opinion from an experienced facelift surgeon.

Facelift
As for the overly pulled look, I can not comment without evaluating you, but mre than likely this will soften with time. AS for the clogged ear, you may have some blood inside, and you should speak with your doctor.

Problem with clogged ear after a mini facelift
Regarding your clogged ear, it is most likely dry blood that remains in the ear canal. Mix half and half hydrogen peroxide with water and place three drops twice daily in the affected ear canal. The dry blood and ear wax will dissolve and exit. As far as tightness in jaw line talk to your surgeon, it will most likely resolve with warm pad and Motrin. Good luck.

Without an examination much less a single photograph it is impossible to specifically guide you on YOUR options.

Clogged Ear after Facelift
Dear LA postop plugged ear-
If your ear feels more plugged up after your facelift than your freeway at 5PM, you likely have old blood in your ear from the time of the surgery. Over the counter drops that disolve ear wax and a gentle cleaning with Qtips usually do the job.

Be patient to see the final result
Based on your photograph, your lower face looks quite good; however, the skin and subcutaneous tissues will soften and loosen over the next several months and it will feel much better. It's unlikely that you will need a revision to loosen the skin. Try to be patient.

Problems with Simoni lift
If you're concerned about the appearance of your face just 4 weeks after surgery, talk to Dr. Simoni. I'm sure he will address your concerns and determine the cause of your "clogged" ear.

Problems with minifacelifts
There are many issues that may make a minifacelift actually a poorer choice than doing an actual facelift. The tissues aren't released as much and often the skin is pulled harder to make up for that. The recovery can even be longer than a real facelift as you seem to be experiencing. You should go back to your doctor and have them check your ear for dried blood and also ask about the jawline to be sure there are no problems.

You need attention for the clogged left ear.
During the facelift, most surgeons will put something in the ear canal to keep blood from getting into it.
However, sometimes there still will blood or fluid that does get in and needs to be removed. Infrequently the process of putting the pack in results in ear wax being pushed against the eardrum, so this also needs to be removed. In any event it is usually easy to fix and can be done by your treating surgeon. Regarding your other issues, it is quite early and most do...

1 Month Too Early For Final Result
If you are only one month out from your s-lift, you still have a few montsh of change ahead. It is always better to overtighten to start out with, knowing that after the first few months, the tissues will have relaxed a fair degree. If everything looks perfect right after surgery, chances things are not tight enough and will relapse faster over time. Just be patient and give it a few months.
