Face/Neck Lift - TCA Peel and Fat Transfer?

Asian Male darker skin. 16 days ago -Performed by a well known Surgeon with very good reviews Everything was done the same day. TCA Peel ( 25% - 3 Passes 5 minutes ): eye area, nose and forehead due to pigmentation. Forehead/Nose did not peel at all. Why? Fat Transfer: Around Nose, and Lip lines and Eye Area. Eyes are still bit darker and one is a bit swollen. Still Symmetrical bruises on both sides of face/neck Numbness/Swelling and double chin still present. Is this normal after 16 days?
