Invisalign solely effects the dental complex, and should therefore have no bearing on a face lift. Impressions for Invisalign can be done before or after the surgery.

I would not think there should be any reason your pre-facelift impressions wouldn't work perfectly well for Invisalign after surgery.  A well done facelift shouldn't really change your mouth to any significant degree.

The face lift has no effect on invisalign , ortho treatment  or the tooth alignmet. But when you are done with the ortho treatment all your  face muscles, tongue and the forces from the teeth pressuer should be in a balanced position to maintain the teeth straight and aligned.

A facelift will not effect your invisalign impressions. However, your orthodontia can affect your facelift results if you are undergoing movement of the jaws with a osteotmy type procedure. Most patients who are undergoing Invisalign will unlikely be undergoing a jaw moving procedure like this.  

Face Lifts primarily affect the soft tissues of the face and head and neck but do not usually affect the bony or dental structures. You should not be concerned about having a Face Lift performed either before or after Invisalign treatement or treatment planning.

A face lift won't affect the orthondics, however the orthodontics may affect the face!
