Face Itching After a Filler Injection with Lidocaine

I had a filler w/ lidocaine injected into my nasolabial folds and marionette lines...looks great, but today my face is itching (mostly in marionette line area). She used a topical also. Am I allergic to the topical, or the lidocaine and what can I do to alleviate the itching? (I have had this treatment before, with a topical, but had a dental block instead of a filler with the lidocaine in it all previous times - tried the lidocaine filler so I could get rid of the dental block)- no itching issues for any previous treatments.
