How to Achieve Cat's Eye Look for Sad Eyes?
I look sad and my eyes slant downward and I'm only 27 years old. Is there a better surgery than Blepharoplasty for more slanted "cat's eye" look?

There is no substitute for a personal consultation with a surgery to determine what is best for you. The downward slant that you are describing could be related to how the eyelids insert into the lateral canthus. Or it could be do to a relative eyebrow ptosis.
