Yes. It will make the lashes darker and thicker so it may help the look of the lashes, but it may not keep them from falling out. You should speak with a doctor to discuss why your eyelashes are falling out. For more information on Latisse, visit my website.

Latisse not a treatment for lashes that are falling out
Unfortunately, Latisse is not likely to help eyelashes that are falling out. Falling lashes are a medical problem called alopecia, and it may be due to various causes (from trauma to your body's immune response). Latisse only lengthens already growing lashes by prolonging their growth phase, but won't change the falling out phase (telogen) back to the growing phase (anogen).
See your dermatologist for treatment of alopecia.

Before using any product, know why your lashes are falling out
Your condition is certainly one that must be disturbing for you. You do not mention if you are aware of a possible underlying medical condition or if your loss of lashes has been diagnosed by a physician.
Before you do anything, have a medical examination. Hair loss can be genetic, a result of stress, medication, habitual "plucking" of hair (psychological condition often caused by stress called Trichotillomania), an allergy to a product or an underlying medical condition...
