I had a full face Laser hair removal and the therapist accidently chipped away on top of my eyebrows. Will the hair come back? My eyebrows are dark and thick, and I'm aware that laser hair removal works best with this type of hair type.

When undergoing laser hair removal treatments, it is important
that you NOT wax or pluck the hair 4-6 weeks before starting treatment and
in between each treatment session. The reason for this is that the laser
can only be effective if there are hairs in the follicles within your
skin....
Being a diabetic does not preclude you from getting laser hair removal. Sometimes the pain of laser can make you feel anxious.
Just make sure your glucose levels are within the normal range when you go for the laser hair removal.
