Issues With My Eyes?

Hello dr. i know this may not be completely cosmetic as partially medical my eyes are very dry for around 3-4 months when i lift my upper eyelid i see lots of very small veins that look partially yellow redish also have lots of veins that are visible without lifting eyelids aswell as 2 long red veins coming from beneath my lower eyelid i dont have any probs like liver ive been already checked its simply because of computer i have no were else to ask because im on vacation for 2 months pls help!
