Under-eye Scarring From a Car Accident When I was 16

I was in a major car accident when I was 16 (I'm now 42) and broke 9 bones in my face. I had a great plastic surgeon that "put my face back together" by cutting under the natural lines under my eyes to repair all of the broken bones. Unfortunately, that left scaring and the lines are noticeable all the time now, especially when I'm tired. I've used a few different scaring creams, and as of late have been using "Bio-Oil", which doesn't seem to be doing much (I've been using it since Sept. 2010). I've been considering trying Botox and/or fillers and wondered if either of them would work on these types of "lines," and if so, which one would be better? Thanks
