Eye Protrusion Problem Can I Reduce This? (photo)

Hello, My eyes haven't suddenly changed or shown any different form recently (that i know of), but i have been observing other peoples eyes and mine seem to be, well 'sticking out' more and showing more skin on the eye lids, i have an attached photo below (both of my eyes are like this) What can i do to reduce this or make them 'sink in Info: Im 17, Male 8+ hours sleep a night Roughly 5 hours a day looking at some type of screen (computer,phone etc) No previous family eye diseases Skinny
