can be accomplished in many ways but the photos you provide suggest to me that she had a browlift and canthopexy to angulate her eyes more. She also had something on her lower lid from filler to a blepharoplasty. But if you're desiring something like that, please take that photo to the doctors you choose to scheduled with and make sure they can deliver on what you desire. And also know their revision policy!
What Eye Procedure Was Done to Achieve This? (photo)

Rejuvation of eyes
Eyelid rejuvination procedures
The photo example you are showing looks good. It seems as though her brows are elevated by surgery or other means like Botox? The extra skin and puffiness have been improved by an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty or so it appears.

Eyelid procedure treatment
It appears the patient has had a combination of both upper and lower blepharoplasty and some type of brow lift

Upper eyelid hooding improvement
It looks like from the photos that the patient may have had a browlift which can improve the lateral hooding. The corrugators look inactive as well, but this is a photo so an exam would be critical. The lateral elevation and corrugator treatment can be achieved to some extent with botox.
Technique to achieve rejuvenation of the peri-orbital zone
This is a result that can be obtained in a variety of methods and combinations. My choice to achieve this result would be:
- Upper eyelid blepharoplasty
- Division of the corragator muscle medially to get an elevation of the medial brow
- Lateral temporal brow lift
- Lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, orbicularis suspension, lateral malar fat pad lift
Eyelid rejuvenation - What was done?
The only procedure which would accomplish the results would be a brow lift ( most likely endoscopic) , a lower lid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and a conservative upper lid blepharoplasty. The patient in this picture shows that the asymmetries which existed before her procedure are still present after the procedure ( look at the upper lids ).
What was done
The changes shown are likely from a brow lift and blepharoplasties. It is unlikely only one of these entities could give these changes.
Assuming it is the same person in the two photos....
This before and after pair would represent a forehead lift and some type of lower eyelid procedure with a lateral canthal repositioning and mid face lift. The individual is likely to have had skin resurfacing as well. Please note that one should not assume that having the very same procedures will result in a similar outcome.
It appears that the person in the photos had an upper blepharoplasty and/or browlift to elevate the brows and open up the eyes. Please consult with a board certified specialist who can help you achieve the goals you desire for your face.
