Extracting Black Heads Caused a Scarring on the Tip of my Nose?
and know I have a deep dent on the tip that is not closing, is there a way to fill the hole? Is that an open pore or just scarring? Will the dent fill out with time or do I need to go under a procedure? If so, what will work best? Laser, dermarollers, fillers...? Thank you!

That could be a large dilated pore which may respond to some resurfacing therapies. See a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or Board Certified Dermatologist and be evaluated for the best option.
