None, IMHO...healing time after eyelid surgery will depend on the invasiveness the procedure, the length of the surgery, the level of experience and competence of the plastic and cosmetic surgeon, combined with the age and healing capabilities of the patient.

An interesting and thoughtful question.

However, facial structure does not really bear on healing time following eyelid surgery. However, facial structure can influence the type of surgery that was performed and occasionally things like very skin and poor lower eyelid cheek bone support and affect the long term surgical outcome.
