My right implant has leaked. I have had the implants for over 5 years and no serious trama or force to cause the leak. I bought the extended warranty. I know it covers the implant but is the $2400 Enough to pay for the operating room and surgical fees? I plan to use the same dr that did the operation. Any help is appreciated

Extended Implant Warranty Coverage

Whether or not your extended implant warranty will cover all of the costs associated with replacement is dependent upon the costs for anesthesia, facility, etc.  In my practice, you would not have any out-of-pocket expenses.  You should check with your surgeon to see what the charges would be in your area which are generally significantly higher than in Louisville.
