Full TT 4 mos. ago by brd cert. PS, am unhappy w/the results I admit I look better then I did before. I have concerns & am not sure how to approach my doc. I have brought up a few of them during my lst visit, he just tells me don't worry evrthng looks great, give it more time. 1)he didn't tighten my stomach muscles -said they was barely any separation and that it wouldn't make a diff. if he did. but my belly feels jiggly, sit ups not helping. 2)swelling below scar on lft side. 3) some loose skin

Difficulty approaching surgeon for unhappy tummy tuck results and possible revision

Pilates style exercise regimens can help improve muscle tone if no true diastasis exists. Your jiggly skin may be dog ears and it is my guess that this represents loose skin that extends circumferentially around the trunk and not typically treated by a tummy tuck. I am not sure if it is worth re-hashing the muscle repair but you could discuss the loose skin with him/her. IF you are willing to cover OR and anesthesia costs, you may be willing to reach a compromise. see video

Please be frank with your doctor about your concerns

You need to have a open discussion with your surgeon . The result of the tummy tuck or any other procedure will vary from patient to patient . The result of your tummy tuck may be  the best that can be achieved based on  your body structure or  your surgeons skill.
