Least Expensive Areola Reduction (photo)

I asked earlier, but am now looking for a less expensive alternative. I have large areola that got even larger after 2 pregnancies. Also, my nipples are aligned differently on my right and left breasts. What is the simplest procedure where they would still keep their sensitivity? Thank you, TT
