Exilis Effective on Knee Wrinkles?

How effective is exilis on knee wrinkles/sagging skin above knees? How long do results last? Does skin on thighs have to be treated also to make it effective? If I pull up skin on thighs the wrinkles on knees disappear why I am asking. I am 96 lbs, 5'3", 40 years old and always been this size. Thanks.
